I have been away having fun with my dearest friend Andre these past days, which made me completely forget about everything except what is most important in this life, read: FUN.
Yet, Andre is back to Rio, and I am back to my everyday life, in which I have already managed to get a job and refused it. And no matter what certain cunts were telling me about some time in the past, in no way will I accept a shitty job just because "the times are tough" and I am supposed to feel guilty about rejecting a 9 bucks an hour gig. Under no circumstances will I be unhappy in my working environment, like 99% of people around. To be completely honest, I hate the idea of working. Right now, right this time, I hate the idea of 99% of jobs out there. I love my freedom, I love that I read, write, study, create. Yes, I refuse shitty jobs. Yes, I don't give a fuck about most employment available out there, and yes, I don't envy most of the people I see on their jobs. Boring, sad reality. Not mine.
But to hell with discussing this, let's talk clothing, let's talk beauty and aesthetics. Let's talk about what I love and what I know and what I feel.
Love the colour of this super thin Old Navy sweater, and the fact that it does not make me bulky or anything when I let it slide all the way past my hips... The pants are super cool AE skinny, distressed and snug, but don't make my hips look huge or thick, however, it's a good idea to wear something long with it - very low rise, and we don't want the butt cleavage.
My MOST FAVOURITE PANTS # 2, after the black ZARA ones that I bought last year in Florence. These are GAP, uber soft, dense, of excellent quality and the colour to die for!
Love wearing them with my H&M rocker style jacket and brown suede booties that I got a size bigger at a store on Larchmont. Why a size bigger? They were on sale and 7 was the smallest. I have to wear a thick sock with them or simply slightly shuffle my feet. Nevertheless, I love them.
And now these... I am loving these lately - sequined and sparkly, of unknown brand. And the Minnie Mouse shoes, as I call them, from H&M - light blue, with a very small heel, just the way I like it.
Blueee.... Funny - when I was a teen, I hated shoes with flat sole. I thought my legs looked horrible and stumpy in those. Well, maybe they did maybe they did not - I am saying this because my body type changed a bit as I grew up, I became leaner and so to speak sharper with age, and my legs became a tad bonier and more defined. In any case, I LOVE love love love and can't love enough ballet flats, any sort of flat sole shoe. Those are the most comfortable for me now and I don't have any complexes about the way I look wearing them anymore.
And these boots are slightly tight for my calves...
Yeeeeahh
